Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles (10 oz)
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 8 oz spaghetti, broken in half
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

- Transfer the seasoned beef to the crockpot. Add the diced tomatoes with green chiles, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- After 3 hours, add the spaghetti, stirring to ensure it’s submerged in the sauce. Cover and cook for an additional 30-40 minutes, until the spaghetti is tender.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top. Cover and let cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
