This Homemade Apple Cinnamon Swirl Loaf is a delightful combination of warm spices, sweet apples, and a buttery cinnamon-sugar swirl.   1. Ingredients:
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1 cup peeled, diced apples (about 1 medium apple)
    • 1/2 cup light brown sugar (for swirl)
    • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for swirl)
    Directions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
    2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
    3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
    4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
