The Ultimate Tiramisu Cheesecake!

Ingredients:

Cake Layer:

1/2 cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

3 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp vegetable oil

3/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 large egg

1/4 cup milk

Espresso Mixture:

3/4 cup hot water

2 1/2 tbsp instant espresso coffee powder

4 tbsp sugar

6 tbsp Kahlua

Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

16 oz mascarpone cheese

1 cup sugar

3 tbsp all-purpose flour

3/4 cup sour cream

1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

2 large eggs + 3 egg yolks, room temperature

12 ladyfingers

Tiramisu Topping:

3 large egg yolks, room temperature

5 tbsp sugar

7 tbsp heavy whipping cream, cold

3 oz mascarpone cheese

Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions:

Prepare the cake layer: Mix dry ingredients, cream butter and sugars, add eggs and milk, then bake in a prepared pan.

Espresso mixture: Combine espresso powder, sugar, hot water, and Kahlua.

Cheesecake layer: Beat cheeses, add sour cream, eggs, and layer over the cake base with espresso-soaked ladyfingers.

Bake and chill: Bake the cheesecake, then allow it to cool gradually before chilling.

Prepare the topping: Whip eggs and sugar, mix in mascarpone, fold in whipped cream, and spread over chilled cheesecake.
