- Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 6-8 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 oz egg noodles
- Salt to taste
- Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix, au jus gravy mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper over the meat.
- Add the butter on top of the roast and place the pepperoncini peppers around the meat.
