  1. Ingredients:
    • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
    • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
    • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
    • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
    • 6-8 pepperoncini peppers
    • 1/2 cup beef broth
    • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • 12 oz egg noodles
    • Salt to taste
    Directions:
    1. Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix, au jus gravy mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper over the meat.
    2. Add the butter on top of the roast and place the pepperoncini peppers around the meat.
    3. Pour the beef broth around the roast, cover the crockpot, and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or until the beef is tender and shreds easily.
    4. Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the crockpot and shred using two forks.
    5. While the beef is cooking, prepare the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
    6. Once the beef is shredded, return it to the crockpot and stir everything together.
    7. Add the cooked egg noodles to the crockpot and toss gently to coat in the sauce.
