- Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough (8 triangles)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup sour cream (for serving)
- Salsa (for serving)
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Once browned, drain any excess fat.
