Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Whipped cream (for serving)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the sliced strawberries, strawberry pie filling, and vanilla extract. Spread this mixture evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and remaining vanilla extract until smooth. Spoon dollops of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry filling.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, and milk. Mix until just combined. Pour this batter over the cream cheese and strawberry layers, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top of the cake batter.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving with whipped cream on top.
