Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Whipped cream (for serving)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix the sliced strawberries, strawberry pie filling, and vanilla extract. Spread this mixture evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and remaining vanilla extract until smooth. Spoon dollops of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry filling.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, and milk. Mix until just combined. Pour this batter over the cream cheese and strawberry layers, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top of the cake batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving with whipped cream on top.
