  1. Ingredients:
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional, for extra heat)
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and softened.
