  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place the eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt.
