Smoked Shotgun Shells

Ingredients:
- 12 manicotti shells
 - 1 pound ground beef or sausage
 - 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 cup barbecue sauce (for basting)
 - Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Directions:
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or sausage until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and let it cool slightly.
 - In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
 - Carefully stuff each manicotti shell with the meat and cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
 - Place the stuffed shells on a baking sheet and brush them generously with barbecue sauce.
 - Transfer the baking sheet to the smoker and smoke for about 1 hour, or until the shells are heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
 - Remove from the smoker and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
