Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti is a creamy, comforting meal that combines tender shredded chicken, perfectly cooked pasta, and a velvety cheese sauce. This dish is incredibly easy to make, especially when you let the crockpot do most of the work!
- Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz spaghetti pasta
- 1 (10.5 oz) can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz) can of diced green chilies
- 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, diced green chilies, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken breasts in the crockpot, covering them completely. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and easily shreds.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it directly in the crockpot using two forks.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and cream cheese to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, then cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dish is heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve.
