Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti

Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti is a creamy, comforting meal that combines tender shredded chicken, perfectly cooked pasta, and a velvety cheese sauce. This dish is incredibly easy to make, especially when you let the crockpot do most of the work!

  1. Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz spaghetti pasta
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz) can of diced green chilies
  • 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, diced green chilies, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken breasts in the crockpot, covering them completely. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and easily shreds.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it directly in the crockpot using two forks.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti and cream cheese to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, then cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dish is heated through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve.
