Ingredients:
1 pre-made pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then layer pepperoni slices, green bell pepper, and onion.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
Carefully roll up the dough, starting from one long side, to enclose the fillings. Seal the edges by pinching them together.
Place the roll seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the top with olive oil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into pieces.
