- Ingredients:
- 16 large white mushrooms, stems removed and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked crab meat
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Chop the stems finely and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped mushroom stems, garlic, and onion. Sauté for 4-5 minutes, until softened and fragrant.
