  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are softened.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
