  1. Ingredients:
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the sliced onion, garlic, bell pepper, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, grated ginger, and black pepper.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and sauce mixture to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
