- Ingredients:
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Directions:
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the sliced onion, garlic, bell pepper, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, grated ginger, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked noodles and sauce mixture to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
