Ingredients:
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Add the chopped onion and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the onion is softened.
- Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then pour in the BBQ sauce and ranch dressing. Mix to combine, then let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Transfer the beef mixture to a 9×13-inch casserole dish and spread it evenly across the bottom.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the beef mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon over the top.
- Return the casserole to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
