- 8 cooked breakfast sausages
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 tbsp butter (for cooking)

Directions:
- Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread.
- Place one sausage at the edge of each slice of bread and roll tightly.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well blended.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
- Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture, coating all sides, and place in the skillet.
