This Rustic No Knead Rosemary Garlic Bread is the perfect addition to any meal, offering a fragrant blend of fresh rosemary and roasted garlic in every bite. The crispy, golden crust and soft, chewy interior make it the ultimate comfort food.
- Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, yeast, rosemary, and garlic together.
- Add the warm water and olive oil, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest for 12-18 hours at room temperature.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a heavy Dutch oven or oven-safe pot in the oven to preheat as well.
- Once the dough has rested, turn it out onto a floured surface and shape it into a round loaf.
- Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven from the oven, and place the dough inside.
- Cover the pot with the lid and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the bread is golden and sounds hollow when tapped.
- Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
