Rosemary Garlic No Knead Artisan Bread

This Rustic No Knead Rosemary Garlic Bread is the perfect addition to any meal, offering a fragrant blend of fresh rosemary and roasted garlic in every bite. The crispy, golden crust and soft, chewy interior make it the ultimate comfort food.

  1. Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, yeast, rosemary, and garlic together.
  2. Add the warm water and olive oil, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest for 12-18 hours at room temperature.
  4. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a heavy Dutch oven or oven-safe pot in the oven to preheat as well.
  5. Once the dough has rested, turn it out onto a floured surface and shape it into a round loaf.
  6. Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven from the oven, and place the dough inside.
  7. Cover the pot with the lid and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the bread is golden and sounds hollow when tapped.
  8. Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
