Pizza Monkey Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16.3 oz each)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters. In a large bowl, toss the biscuit pieces with melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Layer the biscuit pieces in the bundt pan, alternating with shredded mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni slices to ensure even distribution throughout.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the monkey bread is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  5. Allow the monkey bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  6. Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
