- Ingredients:
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly in your hand.
- Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit and fold the edges up to enclose the cheese, forming a ball.
- Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated, then place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown.
- Brush with any remaining garlic butter mixture before serving.
