Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

  1. Ingredients:
    • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • Cooking spray
    Directions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
    2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
    3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly in your hand.
    4. Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit and fold the edges up to enclose the cheese, forming a ball.
    5. Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated, then place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
    6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown.
    7. Brush with any remaining garlic butter mixture before serving.
