Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 ounces cream cheese
6 slices provolone cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch casserole dish.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped bell pepper and onion.
Drain excess grease and return the beef mixture to the skillet.
Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Add Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted.
Spread the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and top with provolone cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
