Brownie Dough:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Prepare Peanut Butter Dough: Beat together peanut butter, butter, and brown sugar until light. Add the egg and vanilla, then mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Prepare Brownie Dough: Whisk together butter and sugar, then add cocoa powder, egg, vanilla, and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Chill both doughs for 30 minutes.
- Scoop and swirl together on a baking sheet using a toothpick.
- Bake at 350°F for 9-11 minutes. Let cool before enjoying.
