- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread the butter mixture evenly over the dough.
- Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice the log into 1-inch thick rolls.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, cut-side up, about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
