Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Spread the butter mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice the log into 1-inch thick rolls.
  6. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, cut-side up, about 1 inch apart.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
