This Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna brings together all the rich flavors of a classic cheeseburger, but in lasagna form! The crispy bacon, savory ground beef, and tangy marinara sauce come together between layers of cheesy, creamy goodness, making every bite indulgent and satisfying.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is soft, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, ketchup, mustard, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to combine. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the beef mixture on the bottom. Top with a layer of cooked lasagna noodles.
- Spread a layer of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, then sprinkle with a mixture of mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheeses.
- Repeat the layers, ending with a generous layer of the beef mixture and the remaining cheeses on top.
- Sprinkle the cooked bacon pieces over the top of the lasagna, then cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, removing the foil during the last 10 minutes of cooking to allow the cheese to brown and bubble.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot!
