Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian seasoned)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of each pork chop with olive oil, then dredge them in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
- Place the coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the crust is golden and crispy. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
