Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of the pork chops with olive oil.
- Dip each pork chop into the beaten egg, then coat evenly with the Parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated pork chops on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and the coating is golden and crispy.
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
