Oreo-Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Icing packet (from cinnamon roll can)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Unroll each cinnamon roll and flatten the dough slightly.
  3. Spread 1-2 teaspoons of crushed Oreos along the length of each roll, then roll them back up.
  4. Place the stuffed rolls in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
  6. While the rolls cool slightly, make the frosting: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  7. Drizzle the cream cheese frosting and the included icing packet over the warm cinnamon rolls.
  8. Garnish with extra crushed Oreos if desired and serve warm.
