Ingredients:
- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- Extra Oreo cookies for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
- In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Pour the pudding over the cooled Oreo crust, spreading evenly.
- Top with whipped topping, smoothing it out to cover the pudding layer. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Before serving, garnish with extra Oreo cookies if desired.
