Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, finely diced
2 cups beef broth
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Brown the Beef & Onion:
In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the beef is fully browned and the onions are soft. Drain any excess fat.
Add Broth & Pasta:
Pour in the beef broth and bring it to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook for 7-8 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
Make it Creamy:
Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the milk and shredded cheddar cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese is fully melted and the soup becomes creamy.
Season:
Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
Serve:
