Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, honey (or maple syrup), peanut butter (or almond butter), and vanilla extract until smooth.
