Ingredients:
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the quick-cooking oats and cocoa powder. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, milk, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, let it cook for 1 minute without stirring, then remove from heat.
- Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the oats and cocoa powder, stirring until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or parchment paper and let them cool and set for about 30 minutes.
