- Ingredients:
- 2 packages of graham crackers
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until well combined.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the graham crackers, followed by half of the whipped cream mixture.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, pudding, and whipped cream.
- In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the top layer of whipped cream.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set.
