Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream and salsa for serving
Directions:
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
- Warm the nacho cheese sauce over low heat or in the microwave until smooth and pourable.
- Lay the tortillas flat and evenly spread a spoonful of nacho cheese sauce in the center of each.
- Add a portion of the beef mixture on top, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, jalapeños (if using), and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly into a wrap.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
