  1. Ingredients:
    • 1 package (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
    • 4 large eggs
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • ½ cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled (optional)
    • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing the crust)
    Directions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet or pizza stone with olive oil.
    2. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough onto the prepared surface, forming a round pizza crust. If you prefer a thicker crust, leave the dough a bit thicker at the edges.
