Ingredients:
- 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls work well)
- 6 slices of deli ham
- 6 slices of deli turkey
- 6 slices of Swiss cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
- Raspberry or strawberry preserves (for dipping)
- Butter for greasing pan
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves intact as a group.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the rolls, then layer ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese evenly over the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on, pressing down gently.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sliders, ensuring all the bread absorbs the liquid.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove the foil in the last 5 minutes to brown the tops.
- Optionally dust with powdered sugar and serve with raspberry or strawberry preserves for dipping.
