- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add garlic and ginger to the skillet, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and stir in the sliced green onions.
- Garnish with sesame seeds if desired and serve warm.
