Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
- 6 slices cooked bacon, cut in half
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon butter (for toasting buns)
- Pickles (optional for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine, then form into 12 small patties, about the size of your slider buns.
- Place the patties on the grill or griddle, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a half slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- While the patties are cooking, melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Lightly toast the slider buns in the butter until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise to create a quick burger sauce.
- To assemble, spread a small amount of the sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place a cooked bacon slice on top of the sauce, followed by the cheesy burger patty. Top with a slice of onion, and optionally pickles.
- Place the top bun on each slider and serve immediately.
