Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with 2 tablespoons of melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread the shrimp evenly in the baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and the remaining butter.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the shrimp.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and the topping is golden and crispy.
- Serve with lemon slices on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
