Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
Directions:
- Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust.
- Make the filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Layer the cake: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust. Arrange half of the sliced strawberries on top.
- Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the strawberries, then top with the rest of the sliced strawberries.
- Chill: Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Serve: Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
