No-Bake Strawberry Split Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust.
  2. Make the filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Layer the cake: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust. Arrange half of the sliced strawberries on top.
  4. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the strawberries, then top with the rest of the sliced strawberries.
  5. Chill: Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  6. Serve: Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
