- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

- Add the ground beef to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8 minutes.
- Stir in the mustard, ketchup, and BBQ sauce, mixing well to coat the beef evenly. Let simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Warm the flour tortillas on a dry skillet or in the microwave.
- Assemble the tacos: start with a layer of shredded lettuce on each tortilla, followed by the beef mixture, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and pickles.
- Drizzle with sour cream and serve immediately. Enjoy your loaded bacon cheeseburger tacos!
