  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, lemon zest, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor.
