  1. Ingredients:
    • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • Juice of 1 large lemon
    • Zest of 1 lemon
    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Lemon wedges for garnish
    Directions:
    1. In a medium bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
    2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces in a single layer.
    3. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through. Avoid overcrowding the skillet; cook in batches if necessary.
    4. Once all the chicken is cooked, return it to the skillet and toss with fresh parsley.
