Juicy Bacon BBQ Cheeseburger Meatloaf

This Bacon BBQ Cheeseburger Meatloaf combines all the best flavors of a classic cheeseburger, wrapped in the comforting goodness of a meatloaf. Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for glazing)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
