Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (80/20)
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for glazing)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, BBQ sauce, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix together until everything is well combined.
