Jalapeño Bacon Cheeseburger Pretzel

This Jalapeño Bacon Cheeseburger Pretzel combines the smoky, juicy goodness of a grilled cheeseburger with the irresistible crunch of a pretzel bun. The combination of crispy bacon, spicy jalapeños, and melted cheddar cheese adds bold flavor and a satisfying texture in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pretzel buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Fresh lettuce (optional)
  • Pickles (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat. Form the mixture into 4 even patties.
  3. Grill the beef patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness. During the last minute of grilling, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and let it melt.
  4. While the patties are cooking, cut the pretzel buns in half. Lightly butter the cut sides and toast them on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish to make a tangy sauce.
  6. To assemble the pretzels, spread a generous amount of the sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place the cheeseburger patty on top.
  7. Top each patty with crumbled bacon and sliced jalapeños. Add fresh lettuce and pickles, if desired.
  8. Place the top bun on each burger and serve immediately, warm and delicious!
