Indian Fry Bread

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 3/4 cup warm water
 - 1/4 cup milk
 - 1 tablespoon oil (plus extra for frying)
 
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
 - Gradually add warm water, milk, and oil while stirring to form a dough.
 - Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
 - Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
 - Divide the dough into 8 balls, flattening each ball into a 6-inch circle.
 - Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
 - Fry each bread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and puffy.
 - Place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with toppings of choice.
