Honey Butter Skillet Corn

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned, drained)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter and allow it to melt completely.
  2. Stir in the honey and let it combine with the melted butter.
  3. Add the corn kernels to the skillet and stir to coat them in the honey butter mixture. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through and slightly golden.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using). Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
