Ingredients:
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tbsp dried parsley)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached. Place them cut-side up in the greased baking dish.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the rolls.
- If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the buttered rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the butter is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
