Hawaiian Roll Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tbsp dried parsley)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached. Place them cut-side up in the greased baking dish.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the rolls.
  5. If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the buttered rolls.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the butter is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
