Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (15 oz) green chilies, diced
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Directions:
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the chicken breasts to the pot, followed by the chicken broth, green chilies, corn, black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

- Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the pot and stir to combine.
