  1. Ingredients:
    • 4 cups fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
    • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    • 1 cup onion, chopped
    • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 cup French fried onions (for topping)
    Directions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
    2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, or until slightly tender. Add the green beans and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until both are tender. Drain and set aside.
