Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, and in another bowl, spread the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Form the cheese mixture into small, bite-sized balls.
- Roll each cheese ball in the flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs. Press lightly to ensure the breadcrumbs stick well.
- Place the cheese bites on the baking sheet and spray them lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning halfway for even browning.
