Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, heavy cream, half of the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
