Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, heavy cream, half of the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
